Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@patiozo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, including a return shipping label. Returns are accepted by mail only; items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs


If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we cover the full cost of return shipping with a prepaid label. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. We do not charge restocking fees.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@patiozo.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges


The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and, once approved, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging—along with proof of purchase. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Refunds


We inspect and process returns within 2–3 business days of receipt. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@patiozo.com.
