Delivery Timeframes

All orders placed with Patiozo are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-12 business days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received.

Total Expected Delivery Time: 3-14 business days from order confirmation

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the destination country. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses in the following countries:

  1. United States (all 50 states)
  2. Canada (all provinces and territories)
  3. United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland)

Remote or offshore locations may experience delivery times toward the upper end of our timeframe range.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. There are no minimum order requirements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment's progress using the tracking number provided.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our stated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to:

  1. Courier service disruptions
  2. Severe weather conditions
  3. High-volume periods (holidays, promotional events)
  4. Stock availability issues
  5. Customs inspections

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable courier services to ensure reliable delivery of your products. The specific carrier used will depend on your location and package specifications. Our carriers include Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri for UK deliveries, and established national carriers for US and Canadian shipments.

Delivery Instructions

If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., safe place, neighbor delivery), please include these in the order notes at checkout. We cannot guarantee that all courier services will accommodate special requests, but we will communicate them to our shipping partners.

Undelivered Packages

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Packages that cannot be delivered after multiple attempts will be returned to our warehouse. You will be contacted to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional charges.

International Shipping

At this time, Patiozo ships to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer shipping services to other countries.

Returns Shipping

For information about return shipping procedures and costs, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
